We tried to simplify the order process as much as possible. For this, in the block of prices – we offer only calibrated stones of well saturated color without defects. For example, if you need 24 stones, one shape, color, size and quality – you’ll get 24 stones of excellent factory quality, one shade, with which to work without any “surprises” and inclusions. All the stones will be freshly cut and hand polished – without chips and scratches, with super shine.
If you have any quality complaints – we will refund in full.
To order, you need:

Custom order
We’ve a huge stock of calibrated gems of any size and cutting. But if your order is not there, our professionals will be pleased to cut the gem for you. Please fill in the order, telling us which gemstone you require. Our manager will contact you to discuss all the details and define the approximate price. Usually we tell the price per carat of a cut gem and the approximate weight. The exact sum will be clear when the gem is completely produced and weighed.
Custom Order Terms: If you’ve ordered gemstones from us before, we will make a custom cutting for you without any prepayment (like a common order). Just tell our manager which gemstones you need, and we’ll cut them and send a photo to you in several days.

If this is your first order or it is complicated, we’ll ask a prepayment of 10% to start working.
As soon as gemstones are produced, you’ll get photos and detailed information. If everything is correct and you like it, you should pay the rest of the sum and receive your gemstones. If you don’t like the result, we’ll give your money back and won’t send the gemstones. We don’t begin any custom cutting unless you feel sure we can make the right ones you want. Our policy is to completely meet the clients’ needs.
Restrictions: Your first order must be at least $100.
After that, there is no minimum requirement for your orders. And we can begin fulfillment of your custom order without prepayment/deposit.
